Nutritional workshops and cookery classes
Creating a Bloom Holistic Retreat is no mean feat.
We always have so much we want to share with you, in terms of information, experiences and tools you can easily apply in your daily life. At the same time, we want to allow you the space for your own personal insights and reflections.
What we think makes it work is that all the workshops and classes feed into each other and interweave harmoniously. We have been running workshops and retreats together now for many years, but we noticed this happening right from the start.
Kirsten’s Nutrition Workshops describe the fundamentals of good health, how your body responds to life’s cycles and stresses, and the key role that nutrition plays in all aspects of health and wellbeing.
Hayley’s Cookery Classes enhance these teachings and explore concepts in a hands on setting. She demonstrates how we bring yoga into the kitchen and how our state of being affects the food we create.
Themes from both are grounded and reflected in the Yoga and Qi Gong sessions.
Our longer retreats include a one-to-one Nutrition Consultation with Kirsten and a one-to-one Yoga session with Hayley, so that you can have personal guidance from highly regarded experts.
